KITCHEN

Manager Cuisinier Wilco Berends and his kitchen team have been awarded a Michelin star. The kitchen is characterised by daily fresh products on offer during the different seasons and a style of cooking which, despite the often refined taste palette, can almost be characterised as 'natural'. Together with his team of professionals he aims to provide consistent quality every single day.

For a number of dishes we use our own fresh products from our garden. This garden was created by de ‘Lindenhoff’ our supplier of the best local products.
