Utrecht’s Universiteitsmuseum (University Museum) is within a short drive of Sandton Malie Hotel. At the University Museum, anything’s possible! You can see a ball rolling uphill and a piece of aluminium floating. In this museum, amazement and admiration go hand in hand. Furrow your brows at the preserved foetuses in the cabinet of professor of medicine Jan Bleuland. Get hands-on experience in the Kennislab (Knowledge Lab) or the Jeugdlab (Youth Lab). Mentally shake the hand of Utrecht professor Donders who, at his own expense, set up a walk-in clinic for eye patients in the city. Take a stroll through the museum garden "De Oude Hortus” and through the striking building, or conduct your own research.
