Museum of Natural Sciences,
Sandton Hotel Brussels Centre
A short drive away from Sandton Brussels Centre is the Museum van Natuurwetenschappen (Museum of Natural Sciences), where you can stand face-to-face with the imposing T. Rex, the awesome Triceratops, the long Diplodocus, the Stegosaurus and the Olorititan. But the real stars of the show are the original fossils of the iguanodons of Bernissart. The museum also houses the Gallery of Evolution, the Animal Kingdom and, among other things, 250 Years of Natural Sciences. In addition, the museum contains a temporary exhibition entitled Whales and Dolphins, which tells the story of how the marine mammals originated and evolved.
