The biggest collection can be found in the Jubelmuseum (Jubilee Park Museum). The museum is divided into four large sections: National Archaeology, Antiquity, Non-European Civilisation and European Decorative Arts. The collections of Egyptian sarcophagii and Greek vases, the large mosaic from Apamea and the scale model of ancient Rome are among the star attractions. The non-European art treasures come from China, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Islamic cultural region, America and Oceania. Among the unmissable collections are the Maasland ecclesiastical treasures, the tapestries, the altarpieces, the glasswork and the art nouveau objects.
