The Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (Amsterdam’s municipal museum) is within walking distance of Sandton Hotel De Filosoof, and is one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary art. The museum is world-famous for its extensive and impressive collection of paintings and sculptures, drawings, prints and photography, graphic design, applied art and design.
