This renowned, nationally listed monument opened it doors on 2 November 2007 as a luxury design hotel with 29 hotel rooms, meeting rooms and a modern brasserie. The Sandton IJsselhotel, housed in a beautiful renovated neo-classical 19th century building, is uniquely situated on the west side of the river IJssel with a view towards the city of Deventer and is connected to the city by ferry.
The hotel is already one of Netherlands most prominent hotels.
